Residents will pay their own electric and water/sewer bills. Garbage and recycling are included. The units are very energy efficient, and we anticipate the electric costs will be very low.

Can I have pets at Fairmount Cottages?

Fairmount Cottages understands the importance of pets in our residents' lives. We currently allow for either one cat or one dog per household with a non-refundable pet deposit. A full copy of the pet policy is provided to you when you sign your lease.

What is the lease term at Fairmount Cottages?

The lease term at Fairmount Cottages is 12 months the 1st year, then month to month. Our leasing team can provide you with detailed information regarding lease options and help you choose the best term that suits your needs.

Do you accept Section 8?

Yes, three one-bedroom cottages and one two-bedroom cottage have rents within the Section 8 payment standard.
